Join community services and noncredit/continuing education colleagues for our annual ACCE Spring Conference on March 11, 12, and 13, 2026 at the Dana in San Diego, CA.

We have 5 sponsorship tiers to choose from:

Virtual Sponsor - $500
Virtual Sponsors receive the following:
  • Email designed by you, sent to ACCE Secretary Scott Silverman as a PDF or JPEG, or embedded in the body of a message.
  • ACCE sends that out to all ACCE members in the week before the conference.
  • ACCE lists your logo as a virtual sponsor in the Conference program.
  • Only to be used if you want to sponsor but cannot attend.

Bronze - $1000
Bronze Tier Sponsors receive the following:
  • Logo in event marketing material.
  • Table in exhibitor area.
  • Registrations for 2 people included.
  • ACCE will share an email from you to the full membership ahead of the conference.
  • Tickets to President’s Reception not included.

Silver - $2000
Silver Tier Sponsors receive the following:
  • Logo in event marketing material.
  • Table in exhibitor area.
  • 5 minutes to speak at one of the general sessions.
  • Ability to attend any and all sessions of the conference.
  • Registrations for 2 people included.
  • ACCE will share an email from you to the full membership ahead of the conference.
  • Tickets to President’s Reception not included.

Gold - $3000
Gold Tier Sponsors receive the following:
  • Logo in event marketing material.
  • Table in exhibitor area (and default premiere table placement within the main conference general session room).
  • 15 minutes to present to the full general session audience.
  • Ability to attend any and all sessions of the conference.
  • Registrations for 3 people included.
  • ACCE will share an email from you to the full membership ahead of the conference.
  • 2 Tickets to President’s Reception included.

Platinum - $5000
Platinum Tier Sponsors receive the following:
  • Logo in event marketing material.
  • Upgrade to half-page listing.
  • Table in exhibitor area (and default premiere table placement within the main conference general session room) plus first pick of table locations!
  • 15 minutes to present to the full general session audience.
  • Ability to attend any and all sessions of the conference.
  • Registrations for 4 people included.
  • ACCE will share an email from you to the full membership ahead of the conference.
  • 4 Tickets to President’s Reception included.
  • Inclusion as a Sponsor of the President’s Reception.
  • Invitation to submit a Conference Session or post-conference webinar (depending on the schedule).
  • Full participant list with school and contact information.
  • Inclusion as a sponsor of the Fall 2026 Zoom-In (November).

Sponsorship Add-Ons
The following sponsorship add-ons are available for all tiers with no limit:

Additional Registrations: $125 per person
Additional Reception Tickets: $40 per person

When choosing your sponsorship tier and add-ons, first select the sponsorship tier and add it to your cart. Then, select ONE add-on, enter the total number you wish to purchase in the Quantity field, then add to cart. If you wish to also purchase the other add-on, you can select and add it to your cart in the same manner.

The event promises to be timely and lively with lots of dialogue and discussion for all!
