TWO Awesome Day long Events in February 2010 !!

                  

Friday, February 19, 2010 - MiraCosta College
Community Learning Center - Oceanside

We had around 70 people joining us throughout the day, learning, networking and enjoying all that was happening in a very full day.  Oceanside/MiraCosta's awesome facility, provided us with warmth, welcome and just an all around spectacular location to have our day-long conference.  Wonderful raffle prizes were given out to those drawn from the ones visiting the sponsors: wine, gift cards and some other awesome goodies!

Friday, February 26, 2010 - Chancellor's Office - Sacramento 
At the System Office we had around 45 people joining us throughout the day, Including Vice Chancellor's Erik Skinner and Barry Russell, and several Deans like LeBaron Woodyard, and 

wonderful 

CCCCO staff, like Joanne Vorhies, Juan Cruz, Myrna Hoffman, Joe Darin and others joining with our members in presenting, learning, networking and enjoying all that was happening in a very full day.  And more Wonderful raffle prizes from our sponsors again!!

"Focus on the Future…
A one day workshop with the tools you need to survive"
Workshops each day were delivered for Community AND Continuing Ed AND (in the South) 
Older Adult professionals.  Each workshop was somewhat unique, though some sessions used the same Slides or presentations and base materials.  The ACCE Board decided to help you keep your cost to attend low.   Scheduling two one-day conferences, rather than a single annual conference allowed members to participate without having to travel across the state.
